Understanding the ZapScore

A ZapScore is used to represent your contact’s online activity and engagement.

Reading the ZapScore

You can find your contact’s ZapScore from the Contacts or Dashboard pages. The ZapScore reflects one contact’s activity compared to other contacts. If you have more than 100 active contacts, Zap provides a score between 0 and 99. Otherwise, Zap will provide a range (Very Low to Very High).

  • bright green circle with the ranking “Very High” or a number between 80 and 99 indicates this contact is in the top 20% of all active Contacts on your platform.
  • dark green circle with the ranking “High” or a number between 60 and 79 indicates that your contact is between the 60th and 80th percentile for all active contacts on your platform.
  • yellow circle with the ranking “Moderate” or a number between 40 and 59 indicates that your contact is between the 40th and 60th percentile for all active contacts on your platform.
  • dark red circle with “Low” or a number between 20 and 39 indicates that your contact is in the bottom 40% of active contacts on your platform.
  • bright red circle with “Very Low” or a number under 20 indicates that your contact is in the bottom 20% of active contacts on your platform.
  • grey circle with N/A indicates that your contact has not been active in the last 60 days.

Use the ZapScore to find and contact the people who are active and ready to hear from you.

How the ZapScore is calculated

We calculate your contact’s ZapScore based on their daily activities. This includes requesting information, viewing an agent’s profile, and opening an agent’s emails. However, not all actions are weighed the same. Requesting information will weigh more than viewing a property details page.
