Team Members: Reassign team contacts
As a team member, you can reassign leads to your team leader. Your leader will then redistribute these leads out. Again, reassigning a lead means your marketing will not appear to the lead and you will no longer be the main point of contact.
From the contact list
- Click Contacts from the left navigation panel.
- Locate the contact you’d like to reassign.
- Click Actions and select Reassign Contact from the dropdown. This will open up a pop-up.
- Add any comments about the lead and click Reassign.
From the contact profile
- Click Contacts from the left navigation panel.
- Locate the contact you’d like to reassign. Click a contact’s name to enter their profile.
- Click More and select Reassign Contact from the dropdown. This will open up a pop-up.
- Add any comments about the lead and click Reassign.
NOTE: It takes five to ten seconds for us to reassign your lead. If you still see the contact on your list, refresh the page after a few moments.
Team Leaders: Reassign team contacts
As a team leader, you can reassign leads to any team member.

- Search for an eligible agent you’d like to reassign the lead to.
- Add any comments about the lead and click Reassign.
