Property Insights are short posts that describe properties you’ve shown. They’re great ways to market your local activity and knowledge.

 

Add a Property Insight from your dashboard

 

 

1. Click + Add from the top navigation.
2. Locate New Agent Insights from the dropdown and select New Property Insights.
3. Search for a property using MLS number or address. Select the correct property from the dropdown.
4. Write any comments you have about the property.
5. Add any additional tags.
6. Click Publish.

 

 

Add a Property Insight from your website

 

 

 

 

1. Click on your name or photo from the top navigation. This will open a dropdown menu.
2. Select My Website.
3. Beneath your cover photo, locate the tab, Agent Insights.
4. Select the tab, Property Insights.
5. Click the button, + Add Property Insights.
6. Search for a property using MLS number or address. Select the correct property from the dropdown.
7. Write any comments you have about the property.
8. Add any additional tags.
9. Click Publish.

 

Add a Property Insight from your phone

 

1. Access Quick Add by tapping the plus sign from the top left corner (iOS) or the bottom navigation bar (Android).
2. Select Add Property Insight.
3. Search for a property using MLS number or address. Select the correct property from the dropdown.
4. Write any comments you have about the property.
5. Add any additional tags.
6. Click Publish.

Edit or delete a Property Insight

 

Edit an insight

1. Navigate to My Website.
2. Beneath your cover photo, locate the tab, Agent Insights.
3. Select the tab, Property Insights.
4. Find the post you’d like to edit and click View Details. If you don’t see your post, click View all Property Insights.
5. Make any changes and click Publish. You’re all set!

 

Delete an insight

1. Navigate to My Website.
2. Beneath your cover photo, locate the tab, Agent Insights.
3. Select the tab, Property Insights.
4. Locate the post you’d like to delete. If you don’t see your post, click View all Property Insights.
5. Click Delete.
6. Confirm your action, and you’re all set.
